This type of training offers a mix of different intensities of exercises that assist burning fat. This is due to the use of interval training which offers a mix of high, medium and low intensity exercises. Exercises include resistance training (with a kettlebell) and body weight exercises, such as press ups and sit ups. The classes are suitable for all levels of fitness.
We will teach you the fundamental kettlebell movements and exercises in order to deliver results. If you are looking for an effective way to burn fat and tone up look no further!

The lessons are individually designed for swimmers needs – catering from nervous non swimmers to confident swimmers looking for stroke analysis to improve their technique. Training plans based on your goals and requirements can be yours to train at your own time and in a location that suits you, with all the benefits of a one to one program, but at a lower cost. These programmes are tailored to your individual needs, goals and exercise preferences.
Effective workouts can be tailored for individual requirements with little or no equuipment- perfect for travelling professionals with little time. Workouts can be formulated depending on time available.
On an initial questionnaire you can outline your goals, lifestyle and time available. Then we will work out a training plan that suits your goals and schedule. Online support provided during your training.

While the local cycling club, Swords CC, have bike spins for all levels, if you do not live in the area, or would like a personalised plan, we can arrange online or in person training plans & support.
Triathlon
New to Triathlon? While Fingal Tri warmly welcome newcomers to the club, if you do not live in the area or are unable to attend training sessions with them, I can help you start out on the road with the goal of completing your first triathlon. Online or in person training available with plans and online support.
